Our New Roof Top!

Since Whisky gone away, we re-organise our roof top. We can enjoy the fantastic sea view and sunshine with a cold drink again. I like to enjoy the autumn breeze in the night and sitting a while. This can calm you down and clear your mind after a busy and tired day! Of course, we are planning to buy a mini outdoor pool for Sean and Suet and Shun to swim before winter. And we can chat beside kids with a drink. Very nice!

La Jolla

This is one of the most attractive and we frequently visited place in SD. It was along the shoreline and its name--La Jolla is a somewhat controversial. No one knows where the name originated-whether it comes from the Spanish word La Joya(which means"the jewel") or from the Indian term Woholle (meaning "hole on the mountains").
We spent a lot of time here and esp. waiting the sunset and watch the Seal. One of our Sunday we have a picnic in the park first which is facing the Pacific Ocean. Then we listen a live jazz concert by the sea (also in the park). Of course, we have a swimming in the beach. At last, we have dinner at our department with a friend from St Louis!
This is a nice place to have a family gathering or meeting friends with pinic and BBQ........This remind me; we can have a picnic in HK too!

Old Point Loma Lighthouse

it is the reminder of different times: of sailing ships and oil lamps and the men and women who tended these isolated coastal lights. In 1851 the US Coastal Surveys selected this headland as the site for a navigation aid.
The crest stood 422 feet above sea level and overlooked the bay and the ocean. And at that time they installed a Fresnel lens. In clear weather mariners could see its light 39 miles out to sea. But fog and low clouds often obscured the light. In 1891 the keeper of the lamp moved into a new light station at the bottom of the hill.
Can you imagine if you and your family live in the lighthouse on the old days, how life could be?

Sean's 9-month-old

Wow! It just like turn your head then turn back to original position; Times really going fast! Today Sean Sean already nine-month.
Cannot imagine how life is in the past nine month and now he become more independent and have his own thinking!
Sometime I think he is growing so fast that I cannot catch up, though I'm take care of him everyday!
Today, we buy a blueberry muffin as a Birthday cake to celebrate his irreversible moment!
